It all began with three professional gentlemen who had a plan. Scott , Ovid, and Frank reminisced within the walls of Devry University about their College experience.
Graduates from the University of California Riverside (UCR) as well as alumni to Pi Alpha Phi and Psi Chi Omega, Scott, Ovid, and Frank realized that Devry University did not have the same qualities that enhanced their own college experience. Through the dedication and Collaboration of these three gentlemen Omega Sigma Phi was founded onto the Devry Campus of West Hills.
Omega Sigma Phi’s principles are based upon excellence in integrity, tradition, perseverance, and eternal relations. The vision was to develop and nurture the leadership qualities that exist within students through the experience of teamwork, Professionalism, and dedication. It is from these beginnings that Omega Sigma Phi exists..
